We aim to dispatch all orders within 7 business days. While we pack and send your order as promptly as possible, please note we’re based in regional Queensland, so delivery times may vary depending on your location.

If you need your artwork by a certain date, feel free to get in touch – we’ll do our best to help.

All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout, both within Australia and internationally. Simply add your items to the cart and enter your address – shipping will be calculated based on the size, weight and destination of your order.

If the shipping fee doesn’t look quite right, please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Yes – we offer digital gift cards that can be used online or in the gallery. They make the perfect present when you're unsure what to choose.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

All applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes – Laybuy is available at checkout. You can:

  • Choose your deposit amount
  • Select a repayment period of up to 8 weeks
  • Your artwork will be shipped or ready for collection once the final payment is received
  • A PayPal account is required to use this option

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


We don’t accept returns, so please choose your artwork carefully.

Yes – all artworks listed are original pieces by represented artists.

Some artworks are sold framed, while others are unframed. This is always noted in the product description. If you'd like help arranging framing before dispatch, feel free to contact us.

Yes – many of our artists are open to commissions. If you’d like a custom piece in a particular size, colour palette, or subject matter, please email us and we’ll help you get started.


If you're local or visiting Toowoomba, you're welcome to view pieces in person at the gallery. We are open from Tuesday - Saturday. If you would like to visit us outside of these days please make an appointment.

Yes – choose the “Local Pickup” option at checkout. We’ll notify you when your order is ready and arrange a suitable collection time from the gallery.
